A white or light-colored t-shirt; shorts that allow for ample physical movement – all must be “school code” –if you think it’ll be questionable, wear something else
“Gym shoes” that are NOT flat-soled or are unable to flex during marching maneuvers – NO Sandals/flipflops!!
Hats and towels, especially for the mornings in drill/fundamentals
Sunscreen AND bug spray
Your own WATER BOTTLE. We’ll provide refills, but you will need them at EVERY rehearsal (indoor or outdoor)
Pencils and a highlighter – you will need them at EVERY rehearsal (indoor or outdoor)
A packed lunch (reminder: the only thing consumed in the band rehearsal hall is WATER. NO FOOD.)
You will need to have EATEN BREAKFAST and HYDRATED before you arrive at school in the mornings, regardless of what you may do the rest of the year…
All music that has been distributed
A 3-ring binder with plastic sleeves for your music and drill as needed.
An attitude of no talking in rehearsal and absorbing as much as possible in the limited time we have.
DEDICATION – HARD WORK – A SENSE OF COMMUNITY:
A COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE.
