Need your band packets

To be a part of the Marching Tigers, you must fill out the band information packets. This packet has a registration form, uniform order form, medical history form, etc. Many of you have filled these forms out and turned them in. Thank you!

But not all of you.

These forms are important for several reasons. To create a show, the Director needs to know how many marchers (and what type) will be participating. We must have your medical information in order to understand your medical condition. And of course we'll need the contact information for marchers and their parents/caregivers.

So we need these forms. They must be turned in to Mr. Elgin by the first day of Pre-Camp (Wed - Aug 7th). Another option is to scan and email them to Secretary@osbb.club.
